“KNOW SAFETY, NO PAIN”
“NO SAFETY, KNOW PAIN”
At RPM, safety is our first priority. We have worked to build a successful business and we have made our mark in the industry, but without our best asset — our employees — RPM Equipment Transport would not be what it is today. We believe in hiring the best, meeting and exceeding the daily safety requirements, and making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day. Our people are not just a number; there’s a name and life behind every number, and we want each and every employee to have the safest, industry-standard, work environment we can provide. We don’t just want it; we get down to business and provide it. We have a full time Safety Supervisor who conducts regular safety meetings and works with our team to train and motivate while advancing awareness of hazard control.

Employee Standards
We require our drivers and employees to adhere to the standards that have been put in place to ensure their safety, as well as the safety and protection of our clients, our property, our environment, and the general public. We require this because we care, and we’re doing something about it. We subscribe and adhere to:
- Safety courses: H2S WHMIS, First Aid, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, CSTS
- National Safety Code Regulations
- All speed limits, road restrictions, weight restrictions, etc.
Equipment Standards
Without properly maintained equipment, our people are put at risk. We do daily inspections on in-house equipment as well as complete and thorough inspections on all equipment returning to our shop after a completed project. Our licensed mechanics keep our equipment well maintained and prepared for our annual Government Inspections.
